Very beautiful condition. Hardly noticed, but one faux pearl is missing (see pictures). Almost missed it. Worn once. Purchased for 0 retail 20 years ago. Halo & Co is still in business and have a great story, so check them out to see their current pieces.
This hair piece has been stored (and will ship in) it's box but does show some minor tarnishing (pics should show detail). I don't know the metal material, but this is an intricate costume piece. Has a bohemian, rustic, antique-vibe. The pearl vines are moveable and it is a headband style so one size fits all.
